How to order online

We accept all major credit card orders online using secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

When you decide on the item you want, go through each drop-down menu. Choose the size, color, options and accessories you want. The order form will input the correct price. Select any additional items you would like to purchase using the same process.  Fill out your billing and shipping info and submit your order.  Shipping will be calculated automatically and displayed as you check out.  If you need expedited shipping and handling, check that box at checkout.  If you go back a screen after entering your credit card information, you may need to re-enter that information. For personal service, call 1-800-678-BAGS(2247) in the USA or 1-617-876-2300 from anywhere else between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. Other times, Saturday and Sunday by chance. Please have your questions or credit card number and order information ready. We will answer any questions you may have about the bags or your order including availability and/or production timeframe.

By Mail

Please order online whenever possible. If you need to mail in your order, please call first for order total including shipping.  Please mail payment in the form of a check, money order or credit card information including card number and expiration date (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express) and send it to:

Personal checks will delay your order by ten business days or until your check clears. Please include any shipping charges quoted at the time of your call. A 6% sale tax will also apply to orders shipped within Vermont.

Returns and Exchanges

All unused bags are returnable, no questions asked, preferably within 30 days.  All returned bags (except 'Ready-Made', 'Specials' and 'Used") incur a 10% restocking fee unless there are extenuating circumstances. Any bag may be exchanged with no restocking fee.  A Return/Exchange Form is enclosed with every product we send out. Please use it for returns or exchanges. Please do not ship packages C.O.D. If we made an error in your order, we will refund your return shipping cost and send out the correct order for no additional chagre. Send your return/exchange to:

Custom Bags

Most of the bags on our site are custom in some way and incur a 10% restocking fee if returned, due to the difficulty of reselling a custom bag.  Between Size, Color and Options there are literally hundreds of thousands of ways to order a bag from us.  The chances that someone else will eventually order the exact bag you have are slim.  Returned and/or Exchanged bags can be found in the 'Other Specials' section of our website and are offered at a 10% savings made possible by our restocking fee.

If you would like customizations that are not listed in the ordering menus, (including size, color combo's, or features), please contact us by phone to discuss these possibilities, as some requests may not be feasible. There is a non-refundable custom fee for this service of an additional $25. This fee does not include the specific custom features as they will be itemized in addition and quoted to you before your order is started.  Please note that bags with this type of customization incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to the non-refundable custom fee of $25.  You may occasionally find a bag of this type in the 'One-of-a-Kind' section of our website offered at a 20% savings.


Have you outgrown your bag, want a smaller size or simply another design or color? Trade it in! You can apply its value towards another bag. Trade in value usually starts at half the retail price, and goes down from there according to wear, so we have to see the bag before we know its value.  Your trade-in bag is valued after any warranty repairs have been completed.  You will find traded bags (sometimes repaired) for sale in the 'Used' section of our website for roughly the same amount we have credited their original owners.  All used bags still carry our LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR STITCHING.

Gift Certificates

An easy gift. Place your order by web, phone or mail. Tell us who should receive it, and your message. Make payments as you would with a regular order. The Gift Certificate will be promptly emailed or mailed via First Class Mail and stored in our database until used.

Shipping Information

Most bags ship within 2 to 4 business days. If there will be a delay of more that 7 business days we will contact you with the status of your order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. Allow an additional two weeks for orders paid by check. WE SHIP ALL ORDERS VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED.  Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee of $35.

Expedited Delivery

For expedited shipping and handling click the Express Shipping and Handling box during checkout.  These orders will be shipped within 2 business days and via Express Mail.

International orders

International orders are shipped via 'USPS Priority Mail, Insured'. Delivery is usually completed within 7-10 business days from the time of shipping. We can only insure deliveries to countries that will insure the delivery of your bag. Our international shipping prices do not include Duties, Customs or VAT Fees. Additional charges in Duties, Customs or VAT may apply and will be billed upon delivery by a third party. Check with your local Customs Tax Office for local fees. These can vary greatly by Provence and Country. The Customer, not CourierWare, is responsible for understanding and paying Customs fees levied by their Provence or Country.  Expedited delivery via 'Global Express Mail, Insured' (3-5 business days where available) can be requested at time of checkout for an additional fee of $35.
